Goals and vision
Here’s what we’re looking to achieve:
- link every school – safely and securely
- instant, ‘anytime anywhere’ access to resources for teachers and learners
- world-class personalised learning – that’s inspiring, fun and engaging.
Glow will benefit teachers, and save them time, by making it easier for them to share, collaborate, report, inform, plan, and, most of all, teach.
Long-term vision
Over time Glow is designed to:
- create an appetite for learning
- improve children and young people’s standards of achievement
- improve collaboration and bring new skills to teachers and support staff
- build an outstanding pool of resources, skills and knowledge
- break down geographical, social, denominational and disciplinary barriers to learning
- encourage learners to achieve their potential, and play a full part in an increasingly technological global information society.
