Phase 1 pilot
Glow recently completed phase 1 piloting.
Eight local authorities and 600 Mentors took part in the pilot. The aim of this pilot was to identify and fix any defects that had not been found during development testing. The following report details the main findings of the pilot including the lessons learned from this project and general feedback from users involved in the pilot.

The Glow phase 2 pilot started with 13 local authorities on 19 March 2007 and the 600 Mentors were invited to join the following week on 26 March. This pilot highlighted useful development issues, which were recorded and forwarded to the technical development team.
